Cancellation & Refund Policy

All authors may terminate their service and request a refund under the following conditions only.
If you opt to discontinue your service with us, we will cease further work on your services, upon receipt of your cancellation request form or email, with the understanding that certain conditions depending on the amount of project completion, time and date of request from the service signup.

Conditions:

  1. If a customer cancels within 24-120 hours (5 business days) after the customer signs up for the service, then the fees paid will be 100% refundable except for any costs, expenses and/or transaction fee charges incurred and/or assessed during such time.
  2. If the service signup has gone beyond five (5) business days, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Refund requests that we do not honor:

  1. When any statements of dissatisfaction or invalid requests for refunds are received after the project has already commenced and work has started.
  2. When customer requests a refund after Harrier Publishing production has already paid for project 3rd party vendors or partners.
  3. When a customer requests a refund due to the absence of services that was never claimed and stated on our service details and that are not listed on our website.

If Author deliberately filed a dispute or chargeback knowingly that you have signed and agreed to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, we will respond to the dispute accordingly to ensure protecting the company’s interest. We will be charging appropriate damaging fees that start from $200 and the succeeding amount is to be determined by the severity of the damage and claims.

Refund request procedures:

All cancellations, refunds, and/or termination requests must be in writing. If you are displeased with the services we provide, please notify us and we will attempt to resolve the situation, if possible.
However, in the event that you insist to cancel your services, request a refund or terminate your service, we require two (2) days’ written notice from you. Your request must include your contact details and the reasons for which you are requesting a cancellation, refund or termination of your service. It is recommended that in addition to emailing to us, you also call us to make sure we have received your request. Thereafter, in regard to your request, we will agree to terminate your service and process your refund back to your account within 5-7 business banking days from the receipt of such notice, so long as you meet the Cancellation and Refund Policy described herein.
